the hubby and i were the unfortunate ones who had been affected by the outage of the mobile services, after office hours. interestingly, none of us are in the affected areas or even remotely close to any of the areas.
for the subscribers who are always on the go, losing the ability to keep up with emails and calls can mean losing a great deal of business opportunities. i share the sentiments of some of the commentators, to waive off the charges.
