Vaccinated

Completed the 2nd dose of the Moderna 💉.

No headaches and arms started to ache in the early afternoon. Had a good nap in the afternoon and thought that all was good. Started to feel the chills and tongue felt dry towards the night – no fever but body temperature was on the high side of 37.1 to 37.3. The intense throbbing pain on my neck caused the headache and I couldn’t sleep well. Finally took a paracetamol in the wee hours of the morning. Had the privilege to sleep through the morning while the hub prepared the girl for her morning lesson.

I supposed it does help to have sufficient rest and plenty of fluids leading to the day of the vaccination.
