probably the last run of the year

with less than 5 hours of rest, i dragged myself from bed. i made the right choice to leave the triberry (packed with caffeine) for my last run. unlike the previous year, there was time for a little warm up before entering the race pent.

hydration stations and distance indicators were situated in a comfortable distance of every 2 km. isotonic drinks were served cold in almost every hydration stations.

the gun time is my personal best to date, despite the lack of training after the jurong lake run. moreover, the cardio training left me with bad body aches, 2 days running to the shape run.

so that concluded my run for 2011. 🙂 time to make babies!
