gimp on 10.5.7

after the installation of the 10.5.7 update, i was faced with gimp issues, where gimp was unresponsive to any keystrokes. photo editing was a pain and what used be a 5-minute task for me, turned out to be 30 minutes.

the resolution?

upgrade to the latest version of x11 (released on may 17 2009) – 2.3.3.2. an upgrade is not required since i’m already running the latest version of gimp.

it’s a home-made mango mousse cake from my colleague – she never fail to wow us with the presentation and taste of her creations.
