we were trapped in the traffic jam towards the garden by the bay east, and had to be turned down by the traffic marshal as the public carpark was full.

the garden was already packed by the time the hubby dropped us by the visitor center. we made a final decision, with 20 minutes to spare, to dash the 4-storey stairs up to benjamin sheares bridge, mount the tripod and prepare our equipment for the fireworks finale.
