the non-running days

family planning is one of the contributing factor to the reduced number of runs i am participanting in this year. i signed up for the 2xu and the all nike womens run for the running singlet and tee. in the absence of a running participant, i contribute to the running community through photography. 🙂 okie, i made a small contribute to leave salty sweet memories for the runners.

the mono-pod helps alleviate some of the aches from my neck and back, and i can settle down comfortably in my stool for long hours of photo taking. the flash comes in handy, since there are more half marathon events, and all start early in the morning.

the contribution lead to the birth of E.S.E.S facebook page in Jan last year. i’m proud to announce that the page has garnered more than 1,000 likes.

E.S.E.S is an avenue for me to de-stress from the hectic life at work, and i am thankful for the “thank yous” and feedback received from my supporters.
