T.G.I.F Dessert at Cake Spade

I’m not a sweet tooth but my ideal dessert has always been ice-cream. When given a choice between ice-cream or cake after dinner, I surprised the hub with cakes for dessert. Glad that I made the right choice and thanks to the hub’s buddy for the recommendation.

We were fortunate to grab a seat in the shop before it got crowded. I opted for the Peach Tofu Cheesecake – peaches encased in jelly with digestive biscuit at the bottom.

The tofu cheese is not too sweet or rich, with a firm texture, and goes refreshingly well with the peaches. A sweet treat which doesn’t feel “jelat” after a meal of chicken tenders, nuggets, and fries.
