Next Level of Mobile Photography

The magnetic Photomojo lens was the first set of mobile lens I bought, back then when I was on iPhone. And I stopped using it when I used up all the magnetic rings. Then came the clip on lens – received 2 as a gift and bought 1 set, that can be use virtually on any phones. Sadly, none of them come close to the image quality from Photomojo.

Did some research, Moment is way beyond my budget, and finally settled for the Sirui 3 lens kit with clip on adapter. The kit includes a 18mm wide angle lens, 60mm portrait lens, macro lens, clip adapter, extra lens cap, cleaning cloth, and a semi-hard shell padded protective carry case.

The lenses are not light and despite the strong clamp on the clip-on adapter, slight re-adjustments have to be made after the mounting of the lenses. Splurged on a Moment phone case and the lenses fit well!

Image quality is definitely better, however, I discover you need to have stable hands (for indoor shots due to low lighting), else the image is blurry on close up.

I realized that investing more for a set of good lenses makes a difference. No regrets on the purchase and a useful accessory for mobile photography.
