eating more fruits and vegetables does help in weight lost and the best part is they do not require fanciful nor long cooking times. i’ve replaced more vegetables and fruits with my carbs loaded diet i’d in the past. coupled with 45 minutes of cardio-packed circuit training plus toning sessions in contoursexpress, i managed to lose up to 4 kg within a month.

it wasn’t easy in the first week as i had to resist the temptation of fried food and ice cream. without the encouragement of my colleagues, i doubt i would have come so far in my weight losing plan. when you feel that the clothes you wear are hanging loose, you will think twice before indulging in your “favourite” food.

another 5 more kg to shed before my mission has been accomplished, and till then, i would strive to maintain my fitness level and weight.
