new layout

with some extra time to spare, despite the late conference calls, i finally am able to update my blog design and layout. it’s about 90% completed, with new icons for the widgets and the floating header icon, which i am struggling with.

nevertheless, i had my frustrations but also fun searching for brushes, shapes for the header and footer, and a tool to simplify the process of putting all the design pieces together.
