buffalo wings @ sunset grill and pub

i spent most of my friday’s dinner in the month of may, at sunset grill and pub. the grill and pub is located in singapore flying club, a rustic place in the north of singapore and facing the old seletar airport. i like the ambience (minus the mossies – mosquito coils are placed beneath each outdoor tables to keep the mossies at bay) and you have to get there before the sun sets, lest you are lost finding your way to the grill and bar.

the must tries and the food i ordered from the menu on all 3 occasions – i seem to never get sick of them:

deep fried button mushrooms – soft on the inside and one can feel the juicy mushroomy oil oozing out of the crispy batter.

half a dozen level 3 buffalo wings – the max i can go is level 4 and by then, my tongue seemed to have undergone anesthetic. you can find from level 1 to 10 but if you dare, you can go up to level 30.

4 mini beef burgers with fries – the minced beef patty is soft to the bite, and blends very well with the cheese and onion.
