long weekend feast

general feedback on the successfully steamboat dinner held over the long weekend – very well-organized, and too much food. meat, vegetables, and other ingredients all cut and packed into containers, then labeled and stored in the refrigerator. indeed, the food prepared is good enough for twice the amount of visitors. however, we have only 2 steamboat pots and room enough for 2 long tables.

chicken, pork, beef, fish, pig’s liver, luncheon meat, frankfurts, crab meat, kimchi dumplings, vegetarian dumplings, chinese chive dumplings, fish balls, chilli fish balls, cuttlefish balls, prawn balls, vermicelli, yong tau foo, cheese tofu, beancurd skin, egg beancurd, prawns, fish dumplings, fish rolls, seaweed, xiao bai cai, kangkong, sweet corn, yam, button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, needle mushrooms

more than 10 containers of left over food and 4 more containers left to clear from the fridge.
