iphone 4 cam wb settings

iphone 4 lacks the manual wb, iso or exposure composure options, available on certain models of htc phones or other builtin camera phones. i am one of the unfortunate iphone 4 owners to experience the yellow cast on images taken in warm lightings.

not all the photos can be salvaged from photoshop or gimp. for a start i’d managed to adjust the wb settings to an acceptable level on 80% of the photos taken indoors. there are reports issues on the blue tint on white background, which thankfully, i have been spared from that.

even though the iphone is a handy replacement for my bulky dslr (while on the move), i’m not compelled to replace the hardware, as there is no guarantee i wouldn’t experience the same issue. my wishlist on the camera improvement or a 3rd party tool (if the hardware permits) – wb settings (hopefully will be able to reduce the overly yellow cast issue).
