my first attempt on food photography from the humble iphone 4. the harsh and warm lights in the restaurant, wong kok char chan ting in city square jb, cast a yellow tint to the subjects and some color correction is required to cool the pictures.
mantis shrimp with wanton noodles – i should have requested to separate the creamy sauce (mayo with banana flower bud/onions) from the mantis shrimp.
fried pork noodles
curry fishballs – one bite of the fishball reminded me of the soft and chewy fishball in i had in HK.
spicy miso seafood soup pasta – one of the special items out of the usual menu. i’m not sure if it is available in the singapore branch though.
