stgcc 2010 @ suntec convention centre

i’m a little disappointed over the limited amount of figurines on display in this year’s stgcc event, and the absence of bandai. the one-day ticket is sufficient for a novice toy collector, like myself, and had my first witness over the solo cosplay competition. the winner was my least favourite, nevertheless, a lot of effect and time must have been used on the costume.

despite being out of the local toy scene for over a year, we see the familiar names and faces of the exhibitors.

while majority of the figurines looked foreign, focusing them on the 50mm lens was a challenge. had i visited on a weekend, i doubt i would have the opportunity to move around, in order to minimize the reflections on the display.
