digital photos to lomo

it has been a long since i have the opportunity to scan through my photos for a blog post. sadly, majority of the photos from the labrador park were merely snapshots.

with the tutorial from digital-photography-school, a little lomo effect to enhance the image.

lomo captures have characteristics such as vignetting, over saturated colors, off-kilter exposure, and alternative film processing. colors and exposure aside, there are the 10 golden rules of lomography. some may argue on the authenticity of lomo pictures – if you want a lomo effect, get a lomo camera! i toyed with the idea of getting a lomo camera, but the cost of the equipment and the post processing put me off.

the digital edition is nowhere near perfect, but it still beats getting myself a lomo camera.
