white screen of death

it started off with loud spinning sounds coming from the back of the imac, followed by frequent hanging symptoms, then finally the white screen of death during startup. a force reboot doesn’t help, neither am i able to run diagnostics successfully. the surface scan hung during 90k out of 1 million checks.

my imac requires a more qualified mac doctor and i hope onsite support has been covered under the warranty – keep my fingers crossed…
