punggol waterfront

it’s rare for me to wake up early for a jog, especially when there wasn’t a run event today.

the weather this morning was cool and the air was clean and crisp, free from the buzz from the traffic off the main road. i came across a few runners and cyclists, and even sighted mok ying ren along the way. when i was there a few months back, the route after the red bridge was still under construction. i’d always wanted to try the running route from home to sungei serangoon, and with the extension into waterway@punggol, workout near home will become more convenient.

i used to do wakeboard from one of the wakeboard schools in punggol marina, and it’s amazing to see how the channel, where i used to wakeboard on, has been transferred into a waterfront.
